We started Harness Code to be the supplier our last employer refused to be.
We spent years inside a distributor that put margin above the client. Parts arrived late, or not at all. Promises were inflated to win the order. When something went wrong, nobody called back, and the customer lost production time.
We built Harness Code to do the opposite. Find the part. Confirm an honest lead time before you commit. Keep a named person on the inquiry until it is delivered. A decade later, that is still the whole business.
